I Worked at Vevano Home (vevano.com) Commerce website as the lead UX/UI Designer.
I complied user experience research for redesign and new development with Heat-maps, Google Analytics, A/B Testing, and gathered insight from various internal operations teams.
I was tasked with updating and expanding Design Services and evolving the brand into a more design-focused and user-friendly experience.

Here is the breakdown of the redesign
GOAL:  Clarify the services provided with a shorter copy. Highlight value propositions and CTAs. Add more images, videos, and FAQ on the page This is to increase the form submissions for design projects.
The header now showcases a slideshow, with a tagline above the fold that will be great for AB testing, as well as a CTA leading you to the sign-up form.
The design services process is now simplified with images and a CTA to live chat for assistance.
More than meets the eye... Highlighting exclusive access and services you will get with your interior design services.
There are a lot of opportunities to expand on this section and AB test promoting or showcasing the different bullet points.
I felt it was necessary to show the design packet PDF example to give the user an idea of what to expect.
Here I created access through the h2 test example link, cover photo, and draw the user in with an auto-playing video.
Testimonials that link to a blog article of each project. The plan was to add a highlighted photo of the projects in V2
Highlighted blog articles related to full renovations and design interest.
Expanding even further on the services and pulling the user's attention in with another auto-playing video and infographic.

All CTA button for scheduling or starting a project or consultation send the user to the bottom of the page where this form live.
